Once, there was a grandma named Pat who went to a dog toy store. She got a toy we named “Lambchop.” When she got home she gave it to her dog Wyatt. In the next two days the toy was ruined so she went back to the toy shop for another one. The same thing happened in the next two days and the same problem happened over and over again until she had no money and that is what you get for buying a toy for your dog.

The TV That Hears
Once, there was a family that likes to watch tv. One day they were watching a commercial. The boy said “Hay this commercial is stupid so turn it down.”Surpriseingly the person in the tv said “Do not turn this commercial down Bobby (Bobby is his name) or we will sue you.” The whole family screamed and shut the tv off. Unfortunately the person who was in the tv came two days later and sued them. The same thing happened to them again except a different person on tv

There was a king who lived in a castle all by himself. He would give the sun and the moon for some company, so he set out to find someone to talk to. He saw a beautiful flower on the side of the road. He thought “If I pick this flower I can give it to a princess and she’ll marry me!” As he reached down to pluck it, it yelled “Stop!” He picked it anyway and it turned into a beetle that wouldn’t stop talking. Now he wanted solitude!

There was a boy who loved butter. He ate butter sandwiches, butter cookies, and butterfingers. For his birthday he ate cake with buttercream frosting that he washed down with a tall glass buttermilk. One day he was chasing a butterfly in the yard when his father started frying a butterball turkey in a big vat of butter. It filled the air with a butter smell so thick and buttery that it was too much of a good thing. The boy felt really sick and never at butter again.

A boy heard a screeching outside and was sure it was a baby dinosaur. He asked his mom if they could go take a look. The mom looked outside but all she could see was a mother pushing her baby in a stroller.“There’s a baby dinosaur in that stroller,” the boy said, “I heard it!” He imagined the little dinosaur with a rattle and a little bonnet.“Okay, let’s go see,” they went to greet the mother. When they peeked in the stroller, they saw a baby rhino.

There was a fish who wished he was a sailor. He saw a sailor looking over the side of the boat into the blue green water, looking free and without care. The fish hoped to be caught to see the sailor up close, but the sailor didn’t fish. One day the wind kicked up and the boat keeled over so far the sailor fell in. Their eyes locked and the fish saw his fear. The sailor climbed back into the boat. The fish swam away, happy to be a fish.
Happy Birthday!!! Hour # 1
Fred woke up and jumped out of bed. Today was his birthday!!! He raced down stairs to see his parents. They were putting a present on the table. Then he went back up stairs and got dressed. Then he raced back down stairs to see his friends arriving at the door.
The Toy Sailboat
Once upon a time, a toy sailboat was sailing in the sun. then suddenly a huge tsunami wave came and washed the toy sailboat on to a beach. Everybody was afraid so they fled the beach for one whole minute and then came out to see that it was only a toy sailboat. Then some of the people pushed the toy sailboat into the water and the toy sailboat sailed happily ever after.

Trouble With Santa (holiday edition)
Prologue
Once upon a Christmas, Santa was flying through the night sky with his trusty reindeer. And then…
Chapter # 1
It was finally Christmas Eve in New York City. Everyone was hanging lights and ornaments on the huge Christmas tree at Lincoln Center.
Chapter # 2
“Finally it’s Christmas!” Fred shouted as he ran downstairs. But then he noticed something strange. There were no presents under the Christmas tree. Then he waited and waited for Santa to come. He waited till the day ended. then he had to go to sleep.
Chapter # 3
Suddenly Fred’s alarm clock started ringing in the middle of the night. “I guess I’ll go look out the window to see how dark it is out side,” he said to himself. But when he looked out the window, he couldn’t believe his eyes. There lying on the ground was a very injured Santa beside a tree and a broken sleigh. Then Fred went outside to help Santa. Then he thought, “So that’s why Santa couldn’t give out any presents.” When he got outside Fred ran towards Santa. “T-take this Fred” he said in a weary voice. Fred took the present in Santa’s hand and thanked him. Then he said “I should take you to the hospital.” Then Fred took Santa to the hospital, said goodbye, went home and opened his present.
